Even then, side effects (adverse drug reactions) can occur with any of them, anytime. It is often not possible to predict who will get what and when. So, it is vital for us to monitor the safety of our products continually. Specifically for this, we maintain a comprehensive database, which is updated & analyzed regularly. In case you have experienced any untoward events, unpleasant incidents or adverse reactions with any of our medicinal products, please inform us forthwith, by filling up and submitting the form below. It will help us in continuous risk-benefit assessment of our medicines. A few minutes spent by you now could potentially save many others from harm in future.

Who can report? What, when, where & how?

ANYBODY, even • Laymen / General Public : patients (consumers), their friends / relatives, etc.,

but specially • Health care professionals : doctors, dentists, nurses, paramedics, pharmacists, physiotherapists, etc. (whose participation is also most vital)

or any interested person on their behalf, can voluntarily report ANY side effects, adverse events or untoward incidents, experienced after taking medicine(s) of East India Pharmaceutical Works Ltd.

EVEN IF you don’t have all the details or are not absolutely certain that they have been caused specifically by the product only.
